About
Thank you for visiting our site and giving us the opportunity to care for your family members memories.
Both of us delight at the chance to explore a cemetery we’ve never been to before not knowing whose gravesite we will discover. We love to read the inscriptions on the stones, while wondering about that person’s life.
By tending to our family’s sites, it quickly evolved into “taking care of the neighborhood” meaning, if a grave in that area needed weeding or watering, we did it. We ended up taking care of many rows of graves.
We will cherish and respect your loved one’s final resting place by tending to their grave, just like our own family!

Our Vision
Cemeteries are peaceful places. We hope to help maintain that feeling for all who visit with tidy spaces and pretty foliage adorning loved ones gravestones.
About Deb
Being around cemeteries and funeral homes is considered a
natural part of life for me. I grew up in Holyoke, and my Dad would take my brothers and I for walks in cemeteries. We would be able to play amongst around the mausoleums and he would get a place of quiet and peace from his day's work. My grandmother lived above a funeral home, and she taught us the care and respect for people experiencing the passing of a loved one. These early memories helped shape my desire to start caring for my parent's gravesites when they passed. It was a place for me to visit their memories and by keeping it tidy and looking nice, it made me feel I was showing my respect to their legacy and their wonderful lives they shared with me. It just seemed natural to extend that care to the "neighborhood," and together with Nancy we saw what a little time and effort we could do to make the space feel more sacred and special. It became our ritual to visit at certain times of the year and we feel lucky to be able to live close enough to do this frequently. We are looking forward to helping others that might not have that opportunity as easily.
About Nancy
I was raised in Chicopee. When growing up, I read just about every biography in the children's section of the children's section of the Chicopee Falls Public Library. I've worked in an elementary school library for many years. I still love to read biographies, whether they are in the children or adult section. This is the main reason I find being in a cemetery so fascinating, every person has a story. When Deb and I started caring for my parent's in-law resting places, it was a great time for us to connect with each other as we chatted and imagined the lives of the folks buried around in area. It felt right to pay homage to their memories and stories by doing some simple tidying as a way of saying, "someone still remembers" and that their story mattered.
