How will you locate my loved ones gravesite?
Most cemeteries are huge.  We will count on you to give us specific directions. Sometime we rely on the caretakers of the cemetery or the  cemetery office, if these options are available.

Why is it my stone doesn't look completely clean?
We use a biological solution that doesn't harm the stone or plants.  This solution continues to work in the weeks to come.  Within four to eight weeks, we  will return to make sure the cleaning meets our specifications.  If we are not pleased with the results, we will clean the problem areas at no extra cost to you. (We are persnickety!)
 
If I am having flowers planted or my gravestone cleaned, how will I know that you have been to my loved one's grave?
 
On completion of the job we will send you photos.
 
What date should I order my flowers?
You can just reach out to us.
 
What date should I order my wreath(s)?
Please contact us by November 1st so we can get our order in.

What if someone destroys the flowers or the cemetery maintenance crew accidentally mow or trim them?

Sadly, this is out of our control.  We will do our best to repair any damage.

If torrential rains or windstorms happen that destroys the flowers, will you replace them?
​
Unfortunately, we do not have control over acts of nature.  If you would like us to replace the flowers, we would be happy to do so for an additional cost.

I notice on your website under the services you provide, listed is weeding and planting flowers.  Are you able to come to my home and provide those services?

As much as we do love being outside, we limit our services to cemeteries only.
